Getting started

What you need

  • A Mac with an Apple silicon (M-series) chip. Intel Macs aren't supported.
  • macOS 15 Sequoia or later (tested on macOS 27). Apple has said macOS 28 will narrow Rosetta, which Superposer relies on today; see Rosetta and macOS 28.
  • Rosetta 2. Setup tells you if it's missing.
  • The Mac Steam app, installed and signed in with "Remember me".
  • Disk space: about 2 GB free for the first install (about 1 GB stays), plus your games.

Games with kernel-level anti-cheat (many online shooters) won't work; see Anti-cheat.
